In a terrible accident, one of Ashlyn’s beloved horses crushed her skull. Ashlyn was rushed by ambulance to Community Regional Medical Center. Community Regional is the area’s only Level I Trauma Center and a designated Center of Excellence for neuroscience care. In partnership with the trauma team, Community’s expert neurosurgeons immediately went to work and saved Ashlyn’s life.
