At age 12, Riley was diagnosed with epilepsy. While initial treatments seemed to help, her condition worsened and interfered with daily activities like school and dance. Riley needed a higher level of care.

In 2019, Riley and her family met Dr. Timothy Foster, a pediatric neurologist with Community. Dr. Foster was able to find new ways to manage her care close to home and get Riley back to the activities she enjoys.

More patients deserve access to this kind of neurological care, and the Valley needs more experts like Dr. Foster.
